Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of Bible Bloom: Verses & Widgets (“Bible Bloom”). By downloading or using Bible Bloom, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

Bible Bloom is licensed through the App Store, not sold. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”) applies except where valid additional terms below supplement it. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Owner confirmation: The legal entity operating under the Spring Motive brand and the governing-law clause must be confirmed before public launch.

Bible Bloom provides Scripture-centered widgets, wallpapers, daily Scripture, biblical prayer passages, Personal Reflections and related personalization features. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s Usage Rules and the Standard EULA.

Bible Bloom includes access to the General Scripture stream, Daily Bloom, the Daily Bloom — General widget preset, KJV and WEB translation selection, previously surfaced content, Favorites, History, private Personal Reflections, one reminder, one custom collection, square-image sharing and the available free Mood-to-Verse result. Feature availability may depend on iOS and device support.

Bible Bloom Premium unlocks additional Scripture selection, Bloom Themes, saved Widget Studio personalization, scheduling, Premium collections, Mood-to-Verse after the free result, additional reminders and custom collections, custom backgrounds, wallpaper options and additional sharing formats. Premium does not make KJV or WEB translation access paid.

The annual subscription is listed at US$44.99 per year and includes a three-day free trial for eligible customers. The monthly subscription is listed at US$6.99 per month and has no trial. App Store pricing and currency can vary by territory and may change as permitted by Apple’s rules.

The price and trial terms shown in the App Store purchase sheet at the time you subscribe are the terms that apply to your transaction.

Unless you cancel, a subscription automatically renews for the same subscription period and your Apple Account is charged according to the price shown by Apple. If you begin an eligible annual free trial and do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid annual subscription. Apple controls eligibility, billing timing and renewal notices.

Apple processes all in-app purchases and subscription payments. Spring Motive does not directly collect your payment-card information. RevenueCat is used to communicate with StoreKit, validate purchase status and provide Bible Bloom Premium entitlement.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bible Bloom. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Apple states otherwise; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Apple handles App Store refund requests under its policies and applicable law. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple’s process. Spring Motive cannot approve or issue App Store refunds directly.

Use Settings → Restore purchases in Bible Bloom while connected to the internet and signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Restoration depends on Apple and RevenueCat confirming an active entitlement.

You are responsible for the Personal Reflections you write and any photo you select as a custom background. You retain your rights in that content. You confirm that you have the right to use selected photos and that your use does not infringe another person’s rights.

Personal Reflections and custom backgrounds are stored locally. There is no Spring Motive cloud backup, so you are responsible for any copy you wish to keep.

Bible Bloom’s software, design, branding, original artwork and other non-Scripture materials are owned by Spring Motive or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only the limited right to use the app described above; they do not transfer ownership.

Bible Bloom includes the King James Version (KJV) and World English Bible (WEB). Scripture content is presented with its reference and translation label.

Scripture quotations marked KJV are from the Authorized (King James) Version. Rights in the Authorized Version in the United Kingdom are vested in the Crown.

No permission or endorsement by a Bible-rights holder is claimed beyond any rights actually granted.

You may not misuse Bible Bloom; interfere with its operation; attempt unauthorized access; copy, distribute, sublicense or resell the app except as Apple’s rules or applicable law allow; use the app to violate another person’s rights; or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits.

Features may change as Bible Bloom is improved. Some functions depend on compatible iOS versions, WidgetKit, Photos, notifications, the App Store, StoreKit, RevenueCat and network access for purchases or restoration. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, subject to applicable law.

Bible Bloom is a Scripture presentation and personalization app. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial or professional advice, and it is not an emergency service. Mood-to-Verse provides curated Scripture from a local library; it is not personalized professional advice or an AI spiritual adviser.

To the maximum extent permitted by law and the Standard EULA, Bible Bloom is provided “as is” and “as available.” Statutory warranties and consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spring Motive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use Bible Bloom. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including any non-waivable consumer rights.

You may stop using Bible Bloom at any time. Your license may terminate if you materially violate these Terms or the Standard EULA. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimers and liability terms—continue to apply.

The governing law and forum for these additional Terms require owner confirmation. Until confirmed, this section does not replace any governing-law provision in Apple’s Standard EULA or any mandatory consumer-law protection that applies where you live.

Required before launch: Insert the confirmed governing law and legal entity name.

We may update these Terms when Bible Bloom, its business terms or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; when required, we will request consent or provide notice.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Bible Bloom processes information, including device-local content, photos, notifications and subscription information.
