Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Spring Motive handles information when you use Bible Bloom: Verses & Widgets (“Bible Bloom”). Bible Bloom is designed without user accounts, an app-owned backend or cloud sync.

Owner confirmation: Spring Motive’s legal entity name has not yet been supplied. This policy identifies the publisher by its public brand name and must be updated if a distinct legal entity is responsible for the app.

Bible Bloom processes the choices and content needed to provide its features. This includes your translation preference, selected topics and appearance, favorites, verse history, Personal Reflections, custom collections, reminder settings, Mood-to-Verse recent selections, widget presets, custom backgrounds, and subscription entitlement status.

The app does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts or precise location through an app-owned account system.

Favorites, history, Personal Reflections, onboarding choices, Daily Bloom state, custom collections, reminder records and Mood-to-Verse recent selections are stored in the app’s local database. Widget settings and custom widget backgrounds are stored in an Apple App Group container so the Bible Bloom widget extension can access them.

CloudKit is disabled in the current implementation. Bible Bloom does not operate its own cloud-sync service or backend.

Personal Reflections are notes you choose to write and save in Bible Bloom. They remain in the app’s local storage on your device. Bible Bloom does not send the text of Personal Reflections to Spring Motive, RevenueCat or an AI service.

If you select a photo as a custom widget background, Bible Bloom processes the selected image on your device and stores a local copy in its App Group container. Your photo is not uploaded to a Spring Motive server.

When you save a Bible Bloom wallpaper, iOS may ask Bible Bloom for permission to add the generated image to Photos. Bible Bloom’s current permission description is limited to saving a wallpaper to Photos.

If you enable Reflection Reminders, Bible Bloom asks iOS for notification permission and schedules notifications locally on your device. Reminder times are stored locally. You can change reminders in Bible Bloom or manage notification permission in iPhone Settings.

Purchases are made through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. Apple processes your payment information. Bible Bloom receives subscription product and entitlement information needed to show whether Bible Bloom Premium is active, restore purchases and enforce Premium access. Spring Motive does not receive your full payment-card details.

Bible Bloom uses RevenueCat to retrieve offerings, complete and restore App Store purchases, validate subscription entitlement and report custom-paywall impressions by placement. The current app does not provide RevenueCat with a name, email address or custom account identifier. Because no custom user ID is supplied, the RevenueCat SDK generates and stores an anonymous App User ID.

RevenueCat may process purchase history, Apple receipt information, subscription status, product identifiers, app-use timing associated with its service, and technical information such as device type and operating system to provide subscription functionality and analytics. Review RevenueCat’s privacy information for its current practices.

The reviewed production source does not include a separate general analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDK. Bible Bloom reports a custom-paywall impression and its feature-placement identifier through RevenueCat so subscription interest and trial starts can be understood. It does not send Personal Reflections, favorite Scripture text, custom photos or Mood-to-Verse selections with those events.

Apple and the App Store may provide aggregated sales, subscription and diagnostic information under your Apple settings and Apple’s policies.

The app’s current third-party services are Apple (App Store, StoreKit, Photos and local notification frameworks) and RevenueCat for subscription infrastructure. Bible Bloom’s Scripture and theme content are bundled locally; Mood-to-Verse is a curated local lookup and does not use runtime AI or network generation.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Spring Motive does not sell Personal Reflections, favorites, custom photos or other locally stored Bible Bloom content. Information is disclosed to Apple and RevenueCat only as needed for App Store distribution, purchase processing, entitlement management and the limited paywall reporting described above, or where disclosure is required by law.

Locally stored Bible Bloom data remains on your device until you remove it through the app, uninstall the app, or erase the relevant device storage. Uninstalling may remove local data and custom backgrounds. Bible Bloom does not provide cloud recovery for those items.

Apple and RevenueCat retain transaction and service information according to their respective policies and legal obligations. Contact Spring Motive if you have a privacy request involving RevenueCat data associated with Bible Bloom’s anonymous user identifier.

Bible Bloom does not provide accounts or intentionally request a child’s name, contact details or precise location. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Spring Motive outside the app, contact us so we can review the request.

Apple and RevenueCat may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Their handling of that information is described in their privacy documentation and service terms.

We may update this policy when Bible Bloom, its services or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will identify the latest version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate app or website notice when required.
